Thornley Group Payment & Cancellation Policy
This policy is applicable to public courses only
Payment
- On booking, a 50% deposit is payable with the 50% balance payable prior to the course start date.
Cancellation
In the event that you need to cancel your attendance at one of our courses we will provide you with a full refund if cancellation is 28 days or more prior to the course start date. Cancellation of attendance within 28 days of the course start date will be refunded as per the following table:
- Cancellation of attendance within 14-27 days of the course start date will receive a 50% refund (based on total cost).
- Cancellation of attendance less than 14 days prior to the start date will be non-refundable.
- Failure to attend a course either wholly or partly will be non-refundable.
Course Transfers
If you need to change your course dates or wish to transfer to an alternative course:
- We will endeavour to place you on an alternative existing viable course date in the event that you cannot attend the one you originally booked.
- In the event that a suitable transfer date or course is not available then the cancellation terms stated above will apply.
- Changes will be granted entirely at the discretion of Thornley Group.
Where Thornley Group cancels a course then a full refund will be given. No other liability is accepted.
